A dear friend of mine from my yahoo group is raising money for her adoption by selling cook books that she had made. I bought two during Christmas and they are awesome!! They have a little boy adopted from Russia and are in the process of adopting a baby girl from South Korea! It is a great cook book and for a great cause! Check it out:)

All I can say at the end of this night, is WOW! We had 16 kids! And I have to say it went really smooth. It went by really fast though! I hope to do that again!!

To all of you that brought your kids out, thank you soo much!! Every child was awesome!! That’s because they were all New Walk kids, haha, wonderful children!!! Thank you all for trusting us with your little ones and for giving so generously. We were shocked at how much you all gave!! We were not expecting that much at all. We are truly blessed with such an amazing church family, I just can’t say that enough. We love you all!!

Thank you to our wonderful friends Erica and Micah for giving up your Friday night to help us out!! I hope all the kids don’t have you too scared for your upcoming baby:)

Hello Friends! Well, the Yard Sale went awesome!! We made a little over $400!! We’re one step closer:) So the next fund raiser is this Friday Night!!

Mommy and Daddy Date Night!!

Incase you haven’t heard we have had a generous donor who is going to match, dollar for dollar, any money that we raise from now until Easter!! So, Friday night, the 13th of February, we are going to be watching children from 630-10pm so you parents can get a break! And go out early for Valentines Day! We are just going to take donations, so give what you can.

We are going to have many close friends and family volunteering with us, so there will be plenty of people to watch the kids.

We will have snacks, drinks, play-doh, paint, movie time, crafts and more! We are going to split the kids up according to age unless there are some siblings that want to stay together.

I am still on cloud nine right now! An anonymous person has agreed to match, dollar for dollar, any money that we raise from now until Easter!!!! Up to $5,000!!!! Ahhh!!!!

How great is our God! So that will be all we need to finally get our referral! Add our income tax return to that and we will be set for our travel expenses as well!!! I can’t believe that we are so close! Praise God! We will definitely be bringing our baby home this year! I am so excited!

So our first fund raiser is this weekend. We will be planning a big fund raiser within the next month, along with little ones. If anyone has ideas please let me know!!!
