Here is a video of Christine holding Seth for the first time. and one of me holding him for the first time. He did much better with her ;). I think how beautiful she is, gave her an advantage and she doesn’t have a hairy, prickly face.

What an exciting day! We got to meet our little Seth Keon Seok (pronounced Khan-Sock-Ahh, as you will hear us saying in the video!) We got over there this morning and still didn’t know if we were going to get to meet him yet, and then our Korean Social Worker informed us that he was already there waiting to meet us!
He is so sweet and sooo cute! and He is such a big healthy boy! Of course there were some tears from him because he was in a strange place with strange people talking to him but hopefully our next meeting we’ll get to see him smile;) Delaney kept wanting to know why he was crying and why he didn’t know us. She was very excited to meet him! Seth must have stared at Brent for at least 2 mins right after we walked in, It was so cute. He was probably wondering who this big spiky haired, bearded guy was. We only had a brief meeting with him today but we’ll have a long meeting with him on Friday(Thursday your time).
It is sill all so unreal to us. We can’t even believe we got to touch and hold Seth today and whats even more amazing is that he gets to come home with us Monday morning!
Enjoy the pics and the video(have to click on slideshow to play video)! We have another precious video of me holding him but we can’t get it off the video camera…we’re working on it though. Can’t wait to see him again! Miss you all!!
Hugs,
Christine

We are FINALLY here! After 3 long flights, one of which we had to run through an airport to make, we are in Korea! Delaney was great on all 3 flights. She got the window seat and the first time we took off she asked “Do people live in those small houses?” It was precious. She was loving it. Brent and Delaney had a fun lil pillow fight before the Detroit > Tokyo flight took off and I got some great pictures of it. Delaney even took a swing at me!! About 10hrs into that flight she asked Brent if we could get off the plane but she still continued to be a trooper, even after he said no.
It’s bedtime over here but of course we’re not really tired! We are gonna try to go to sleep for a little bit before we head over to Eastern:) Below are some pics from the flight. Delaney did so awesome! We were so proud of her!
Looking forward to an exciting day tomorrow hoping to meet Seth!

We got the travel call today just like Christine dreamed about earlier this week! How cool is that?!!!! We are so excited and just in disbelief that we will be in Korea this time next week and will have met Seth and held Seth and kissed Seth! It is going to be so amazing. We are so blessed and in awe of God and how He worked and provided through this whole process. His timing is amazing and His faithfulness is overwhelming!
Thank you all so much for support and love through this journey. We are heading out Monday morning and will arrive in Seoul on Tuesday night. We are hoping to visit with Seth and the foster parents as much as possible. We will be back on a plane the following Monday morning and be back with our new baby boy Monday night!!!!!
Please prayer for us as we travel, pray for the foster parents as they have to say goodbye to a precious boy they have been taking care of for over 10 months and pray for our bonding with Seth on the 13hr flight back!
